Shipping Methods
All Silver88 orders are shipped via Standard International Post (with tracking) or International Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other), depending on the option selected at checkout.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Handling Time
Orders are typically prepared and handed to the carrier the next business day, and always within three (3) business days of payment confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order:

USD 20 for Standard International Post (with tracking)

USD 50 for International Courier
Rates apply regardless of destination.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:

International Courier: usually within 7 business days

Standard International Post (with tracking): usually within 14 business days, and often sooner
Delivery times may vary depending on your country and which partner mint (India or Kenya) your order ships from. Please allow additional time for remote areas, customs clearance, or peak postal periods.
Customs & Import Duties
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check your local import regulations prior to purchase.
All shipments originate from our partner mints in India or Kenya.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Silver88 is not responsible for postal delays or transit times once an order has been handed to the carrier.
If the postal service or courier confirms that a package is lost, Silver88 will initiate the insurance claim as the sender.
A refund or replacement will be issued once the claim is approved and compensation is received from the postal carrier.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments include tracking and are automatically insured as follows:

International Courier: insured for the full value of the order

Standard International Post: insured for up to USD 1,000
Silver88 manages insurance claims on behalf of the sender.
In the unlikely event of confirmed loss or damage, we will process the claim and issue a refund or replacement once the carrier approves the claim.
Note: Insurance covers confirmed loss or damage only and does not cover delivery delays.
